Our healthcare facility is looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our team. The MT helps to fulfill the care requirements of our patients. The incumbent will be responsible for proper and safe preparation, repair, application and continuing maintenance of painted or related surfaces, both interior and exterior of Lorien Columbia.

As a member of the Maintenance team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong HVAC knowledge or certification
• Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
• Light plumbing experience
• Light electrical experience
• Must be detail-oriented, highly-motivated, and a self-starter
• Enthusiastic
• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company’s Code of Conduct and appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws.
